The PRIBYL BROTHERS (Ignatius M. Pribyl and Joseph A. Pribyl) were wholesale cutlery importers in Chicago, Illinois, from circa 1880 to 1905, 
distributing their own brands of cutlery to merchants in the West.

This razor has a beautiful swayed spine, faceted toe, beveled shank, prominenant "Magnetic" engraving on the blade's face and deep makers mark. The razor was brought to a mirror polish.  Some patina remains due to the steel's previous condition and age. 

The scales were handcrafted from midnight purple Krinite brought to a high polish and pinned using brass pins.  Fit and finish is complete with a black and white striped wedge.
