1920s Diamond Razor Company, Extra Hollow Ground & Fully Warrented
This 1920's Diamond Razor Company straight razor is a very nice example of early 20th century American steel manufactured in Boston, Massachusetts. The razor arrived in poor condition and was restored to a high luster leaving some patina to preserve the engraving on the blade's face that reads "Extra Hollow Ground & Fully Warranted." Surviving 100 years to date this restored razor will live on for another 100 years or more when properly cared for.
The razor's grind is half hollow with a cutting edge measuring 2.5 inches in length and a blade width of 5/8+. The razor's square point is excellent for shaping beards, goatees and side burns.
Scales were handcrafted using a cream acrylic with a transparent ruby wedge. Pins are brass keeping aesthetics traditional to razors manufactured in the early 1900's.
This Diamond Razor Company cutthroat will arrive shave ready and sterilized for your immediate shaving pleasure.
Happy shaving!
