This one of a kind, bespoke shave brush is hand turned from white Ash.  The longer handle is great for bowl lathering and houses a 26mm Finest Badger Knot.  Badger hair is sought after due to its unusual properties. Each strand of hair, wider at the tips than the base do not absorb water rather hold water between hairs using capillary action. 

This Finest or Two Band badger's knot has a moderate density and backbone works well for both face and bowl lathering. The knot measures 26mm with a loft of 50 mm.  The Ash handle is 3 inches in length with an overall length of 5 inches end to end. 

The Ash handle has been stained in a blue/grey hue and sealed to prevent water damage.  All handles are hand polished.
